A team of rail managers from Virgin Trains will be at Preston station during the morning peak period on Wednesday 29 November.
They will be on hand to answer and discuss any questions or issues passengers may have about train services and station facilities.
Railway managers will be available at the Customer Forum which will run from 08:30 to 10:30. Items likely to be high up on the agenda include train punctuality and reliability and timetables.
Preston is served by Virgin Trains on the West Coast Main Line and CrossCountry routes.
