​Blooming brilliant! Joules presents its first eyewear range, exclusive to Vision Express

Vision Express has teamed up with outdoor retailer Joules to launch a new and distinctive all-female eyewear collection, featuring vibrant colours and signature prints that promise to stand out from the countryside crowd.

The range comprises 32 hand-crafted pieces, inspired by the Great British country and coast, delivering striking sunglasses and optical frames for ladies and Little Joule girls.

Careful attention to detail provides design features such as the Joules hare hopping onto tips and nosepads, with the floral print extending to the lens cloth. Petite sizing is at the heart of the range, to offer feel-good frames fit for all.


Leave others in the shade with the Joules easy to wear eight-piece sun collection for women. Nature's palette complements pale seaside hues, combining perfectly with Joules floral and nautical prints to give a high quality finish.

The Salcombe is a key product in the range, available in gloss navy nautical stripe and navy floral print, priced at £60.


Want to accessorise your countryside clobber with statement Joules glasses? The optical range offers sixteen designs with nods to nature and nautical captured in full-fronted and fine-rimmed frames.

For ladies, a standout piece is the Suzie, in brown/hornshell with a pretty floral pattern placed on the inside arms of the frame.

For the mini me eight-piece collection, shapes are taken directly from the adult range and adapted for a smaller face to appeal to ages 8 to 12. Colours are bolder and prints more playful, with the Joules hare receiving a makeover and soft touch rubber branding being introduced.

Designed in collaboration with eyewear experts Mondottica, the Joules collection is launched exclusively with Vision Express and will be available from 30 April 2014 at selected stores nationwide.

The range is priced from £60 for sunglasses and £149 optical for women, with the girls optical line at £131, or £40 with an NHS voucher.
