German group specializing in project management partners with Zalaris to optimize its HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
A German-based engineering and project management company specializing in the delivery of high-tech facilities has chosen Zalaris to support their HR Digitization- and Transformation journey. The agreement includes streamlining of IT infrastructure, supporting the HR business organization, and improving HR process and data quality globally.

Zalaris will support the German-based market leader with the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central as the new Human Capital Management solution. A comprehensive recruiting and HR shared-services solutions supporting the streamlining of the company’s people processes are also included. Full implementation and integration are planned for completion by May 2019.
Over the past year, Zalaris has almost doubled in size through the acquisitions of sumarum AG and ROC Global Solutions Ltd. Strengthening Zalaris’ access to the German, UK, and Polish markets for Human Capital Management outsourcing and advisory services.
