NelsonHall has identified Zalaris as a leader in providing cloud-based human capital management services with an emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors deployments.

Industry leading analyst NelsonHall cites Zalaris as a leader in cloud-based HR services. “This recognition is yet another tribute to Zalaris and its dedicated SAP SuccessFactors team,” remarked Zalaris CEO Hans-Petter Mellerud.

NelsonHall, a leading industry analyst within business process outsourcing (BPO) and outsourcing, has identified Zalaris as a leader in providing cloud-based human capital management (HCM) services with an emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors deployments.

“It affirms the high caliber of our services and capabilities to enterprise customers across the world and in comparison to other offerings. We’re advancing innovations at an unprecedented pace, yet in a proven reliable way, optimized for complex multi-country environments,” said Mellerud.

Recognized as market leader
Based on NelsonHall’s Vendor Evaluation and Assessment model, the findings give enterprises a perspective into HR/HCM solution providers competing in this global market space. The NEAT report includes 14 HR outsourcing providers, with Zalaris among five placed in the Leaders category for SAP SuccessFactors.

“Zalaris’ long-standing relationship with SAP, coupled with client satisfaction ratings, has established it as a leader delivering cloud-based HR services around SAP SuccessFactors, including deployments, HR BPaaS, and consulting services,” said Amy Gurchensky, Senior HR Research Analyst with NelsonHall.

At the Center of HR industry revolution
Zalaris is a Nordic-headquartered HR outsourcing and consulting service provider of cloud-based HCM solutions and services, focused on delivering services across Northern Europe, the Baltics, and Poland.

“Zalaris' investments in digital and an SAP cloud environment positions the company well to meet future client requirements in the Nordics and throughout Europe,” said Amy Gurchensky.

Zalaris’ offering is provided in a cloud environment, with Zalaris implementing its smart HR platform, powered by SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Zalaris has more than 30 cloud-based clients and serves more than 200,000 employees.

First SAP Partner
