URBIOFIN representatives from IMECAL will present the project at the “Iberoamerican Congress on Biorefineries” (CIAB) on 24th till 26th October 2018 in Jaen (Spain) and at the ECOMONDO 2018 on 6th till 9th November 2018 in Rimini (Italy).

After the adaptation of its PERSEO Bioethanol® pilot plant, IMECAL started last April 2019 the demonstration activities for the production of bioethanol from OFMSW that will be used as chemical building block for its conversion into bioethylene, through a new ethanol-to-ethylene demo unit.
