AddSecure announces appointment of new Head of M&A and new CFO

AddSecure continues focus on growth. Nils Kjölhede assumes the position as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the ambitious growth strategy, and Rasmus Pedersen appointed as new CFO.

AddSecure has appointed current CFO, Nils Kjölhede, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, a new
role that will lead the continued development and expansion of AddSecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure data and critical communications.

Over the last three years, AddSecure has completed several strategic acquisitions and the high level of M&A activity will continue over the coming years. In the role, Kjölhede will be responsible for both sourcing the companies best aligned with AddSecure’s aims and leading all deal activity.

Following the announcement that Kjölhede assumes the Head of M&A role, AddSecure appoints Rasmus Pedersen as Chief Financial Officer. Pedersen brings extensive experience from the security industry having held leadership roles at Verisure UK, Falck A/S and Securitas AB. Most recently, Pedersen held the position of Group CFO for Hoist Group, where he lead the financial integration of three large international groups across Europe, ensuring a standardized reporting process throughout the group and driving organic growth through increased performance transparency.

Pedersen holds a Masters of Economics and Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Pedersen will lead the company’s global finance function and work with the executive leadership team to set overall business strategy.

Pedersen will report to CEO Stefan Albertsson and will serve on the company’s Corporate Management Team. The changes take effect immediately.
