Activision Blizzard, already one from the largest gaming publishers within the business, has now grown further. The company today announced it's completed its purchase of Candy Crush developer King Digital Entertainment. The company paid $18 for every outstanding share, for any total buyout cost of $5.9 billion.Activision Blizzard originally announced its intention to get King in November 2015, where time it said hello expected the deal to become finalized by spring 2016.
According to Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick, using the acquisition of King, the business's games now reach over 500 million users. This may be the "largest game network within the world," he explained.
