New Year's Resolution: Scavenger Hunt Adventure

We all know the new year gets people thinking about change and adjusting their lifestyles for the better. These goals and objectives are for personal and professional excellence, resulting in the yearly New Year's Resolution statement. A perfect way to begin the year.

Did you ever consider a new type of resolution? What about adventure? Make room in your 2017 plans for adventure and fun through a scavenger hunt.

Scavenger hunts offer a lot of benefits. Really? Absolutely. Naturally, there are various types of scavenger hunts and many ways to tackle them, but generally speaking these benefits are hidden behind each and every scavenger hunt experience.

Scavenger hunts:

  • Are a great way to share time with family and friends, and in some cases with the family dog. It's true, Thrill of the Hunt offers dog scavenger hunts open to the public.
  • Offer a unique way to get out and stretch your legs and explore your area. Many times, certain key spots are overlooked or never investigated until a scavenger hunt drives the participants to specific areas.
  • Are perfect vehicles for education. Learn about your area, state, city or district's history, culture or people through random fun facts, clues and challenges.
  • Bring adventure and allows the participants to think differently and creatively.
  • Allow the entire community, people and businesses, to participate in an event to mutually benefit each party.
  • Are safe adventures designed to stimulate the mind, and in some cases they're physically challenging.
  • Forces people to get out and socialize with others of like interest.
  • Close the gap between generations and are perfect for all ages.
  • Bring much, much more.

You don't need a professionally developed scavenger hunt to accomplish any of these benefits. Nope. You just have to be creative and organized. Try to incorporate a scavenger hunt into your next event or gala. Even if it's for a rainy day with the family, they'll appreciate it. Remember, a little creative thinking brings adventure for all to enjoy.

Thrill of the Hunt has a lot planned for 2017 with new ideas and new scavenger hunt offerings and adventures. Stay tuned for a new kind of scavenger hunt, bigger prizes, more scavenger hunts, and a new way to complete the game. ..
