Richardson Takes on Mynewsdesk’s Sales Managers

Mynewsdesk’s sales managers recently took part in a daylong workshop on Developmental Sales Coaching, held by renowned sales training consultants Richardson. Aimed to develop the sales managers to become better leaders, and ultimately improve the performances of their respective sales teams, Richardson created a custom-tailored program to ensure that Mynewsdesk builds a coaching sales culture.
Under the guidance of Marjan Visser, the sales managers spent a whole day honing their coaching skills, in order to improve revenue, strengthen relationship, accelerate learning, and empower their sales teams.
Richardson’s mission is to ensure that the companies they work with have the top performing sales teams needed to execute their strategies. They have worked with distinguished sales organizations at companies such as Google, Barclays, Bank of America, Pfizer, Microsoft, Cisco, Shell, and Apple.
