How long have you been with Norwegian:
2 Years and 2 Months!
Where are you from:
Caracas, Venezuela (Italian family hence the Italian Name).
Marathon run time goal:
Keeping it real something between 4 to 5 Hours But I will give my best on race day.
2 Half Marathons completed, Running around 70-100km per month right now, that figure should increase gradually with the training. Will do the Rock and Roll Madrid Half Marathon in April and The Alicante Half Marathon in May.
Why did you apply to run:
Because I have seen many places flooded with poverty, hunger and lack of medicine (everything basically). So If I can help to change many children's lives by doing something I enjoy then why not.
Why is this race important to you:
It is important because we do not realize what we have and we take things for granted, but what we do not know is how bad life is for other. So something like one coffee less in a year for us can be the world for others. So it is important to donate and participate.
Who’s your biggest supporter (in regards to the Marathon):
My dad but I cannot leave behind my friends who overall are great support and motivate me to go beyond to achieve my goals.

These days I would say I mostly do training for the Marathon, but I vary it between running in the beach, Gym, playing padel, going out with the motorcycle, beach volley and go-kart, those are part of the activities that we do here at Alicante base. We are also starting Paintball soon, we have a very nice work environment here. Spending time with friends and keeping myself busy makes a happy day.
What is the best city for a 24-hour layover?
Mmmm.. This is a difficult one, I will not say any city, It really does not matter where but whom you are with, that makes the whole layover your best layover.
What is your best experience during any Norwegian flight?
Flying into northern Norway is some of the best and most challenging flying I have found in my career. But the scenery is like a fantasy movie. The Max US Ops has also been very rewarding when flying over Greenland with good Weather and a full moon and of course the Northern Lights.
What do you like most about your job?
My colleagues are the first thing I love about Norwegian. Most of them have a very positive attitude and it's a pleasure to work with both in Flight deck and Cabin Crew. Company culture is also one of the things I like the most and also the variety of the operation suits my way of life.
