Norwegian gained a 4-Star Low-Cost Airline Rating for the quality of onboard product, staff service and airport service.
Some of the 4-star rating sub categories awarded to Norwegian include inflight entertainment and seat comfort in both Premium and Economy class on its Boeing 787 Dreamliner, as well as friendliness and quality of service for cabin staff service. A detailed list of all Norwegian's ratings can be found here. High quality service at a low cost is indeed possible – and Norwegian has been rewarded 4-stars for it.
Norwegian’s growth continues with full force in 2018. The company took delivery of three Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners in March. This year in total, Norwegian will take delivery of 11 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, 12 Boeing 737 MAX+8 and two Boeing 737-800.
