NEWS RELEASE

I DO University is Ready to Launch its Inaugural Class

For Immediate Release – February 28, 2011 – Orlando, FL: I Do University offers the first social wedding planning service, combining social networking through an online bridal community with professional wedding planning instruction to help brides Be Engaged in planning their perfect wedding. Brides receive guidance through every step of the wedding planning process during online classes and field trips. If a bride has questions, professional wedding planners and a community of brides are always there to help and keep the bride on task.

I DO University Highlights

Online Classes

During online classes, brides learn about budgeting, wedding dresses, choosing locations for the wedding ceremony and reception, decorating, choosing a photographer and videographer, auditioning entertainment, picking out the cake, parties and registries and making checklists and schedules. Many online classes are supplemented with in-person field trips to meet vendors in action.

Field Trips

Field trips stress the importance of meeting vendors and seeing them in action before making the decision to hire them for a wedding. Hiring the wrong vendor can turn a dream wedding into a wedding disaster. We want to help brides avoid this mistake.

Qualified Vendors

All I Do University vendors have been vetted and offer programmatic discounts to member brides.

Access to a Wedding Planner

Professional wedding planners are class instructors and mentors. They are available to help brides through the wedding planning process from start to finish, depending on the package.

Bridal Community

A wedding is a social event; planning it should be, too. The bridal community fosters a social networking environment where brides can discuss the latest wedding day trends, get feedback from vendors, seek advice and receive support from brides and wedding planners.

Access to Premium Content

Depending on the package the brides chooses, they will have access to vast library of articles on topics such as wedding day fashion, ceremony and reception locations, budgeting, wedding themes and more.

Guaranteed Savings

An I Do University bride can expect to save about 10 percent on wedding expenses. If the average wedding budget is $15,000, the average savings would start at $1,500 (Depending on the packages contracted with vendors).
