Kajsa von Geijer, Thule Group, appointed This year’s Employer Branding person in Sweden

Kajsa von Geijer, Senior Vice President Human Recourses at the Thule Group, was last night awarded This year's Swedish employer branding person in connection with the company Universum’s Talent Excellence Awards in Stockholm. This award is clear evidence of the level of success that the Thule Group has reached in profiling itself towards young careerists and young professionals.

The award to This year’s Swedish Employer Branding person goes to someone who, with great interest in and commitment to employer branding issues, contributed greatly in getting the management team involved in these matters. This person has also been involved in making the company communicate its employer brand in an innovative and credible manner, and we can now see undoubtedly that these employer branding activities have led to clear and measurable results.

Universums extensive measurements speak for themselves. Since 2010 Thule Group has worked effectively and creatively to increase its visibility and strengthen its brand as an employer towards young careerists and young professionals.

The Thule Group is proud of the award which gives a confirmation that the work over the last few years has really produced great results. The award also gives renewed energy to continue working in the same direction.

The jury's statement reads

Kajsa von Geijer has over the years worked hard to make the company an attractive employer for careerists and young professionals.  Largely due to effective external communication where the Thule Group has managed to reflect the reality of the company, the Thule Group has now achieved great results with both students and young professionals. This has not been an easy task, but thanks to Kajsa von Geijers involvement in and motivation for these issues, the Thule Group stands up well among its competitors.
