SOLANA BEACH, CA – Loy Chiropractic Arts (LCA), one of North San Diego County's leading chiropractic care centers, recently expanded their healthcare services with the addition of massage therapists Sara Osterink, HHP, and Robert Sherman.

"We're very excited to complement our advanced chiropractic care with a full range of professional massage therapy techniques," said Dr. Lamont Loy. "Our patients will benefit from personalized healthcare programs that combine chiropractic and therapeutic massage."

A graduate of the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), Sara Osterink has over 14 years of experience in professional bodywork. Specializing in deep tissue and sports therapy massage, she also has expertise in chronic pain therapies, prenatal massage and massage in cancer care.

Sara’s passion for her work extends to her clients. Through massage, exercise and somatics, she strives to help them find ease of movement on their path to pain recovery. Offering personalized care to each individual, she helps her clients gain body awareness and teaches them efficient physical movement to maneuver through any challenges.

Robert Sherman earned his massage therapy degree from Vitality College of Healing Arts. For over a decade, he has applied professional bodywork on patients suffering from prior injuries, helping them with pain relief, pain management and regaining flexibility. His background in meditation and yoga makes his sessions both relaxing and rejuvenating.

Robert is dedicated to helping people "get back in the game," whether an athletic activity or basic, necessary movements such as climbing stairs. A strong believer in self-healing, he empowers his clients by teaching them massage techniques that they can perform on their own.
