If you followed steps & the unit still isn't working: • Get latest drivers for your bios, sound, and graphics card • Find latest drivers for HD-AiR: http://atlona.com/hdair_drivers/ • After install, you need to pair dongles and update firmware by following instructions. Make sure you see confirmation screen. • If you don't get picture, make sure you paired the dongles and re-boot computer.
