Kennedy told my father's generation in 1961 that an American would set foot on the moon by the end of the decade, there was many a raised eyebrow about this pie-in-the-sky notion. Thinking about the lunar landing makes you wonder what happened to those days when our country put its collective shoulder to the wheel & got things done despite our political and spiritual differences.

In total, he was without a job for nearly a year and a half. Today, he is happily employed full time as a Content Specialist at Middlebury Interactive Languages and Michael says the job “hits all my strengths—language, writing and teaching.”

Slate.com was proclaiming that men who help out around the house get less sex from their spouses. I can see it already, men across the country will be using this as their get-out-of-housework-free card, while their wives will be finding all sorts of menial tasks to keep their hubby’s hands occupied.
