Greenko group is about to acquire two different companies to heighten its scale of operation

Greenko Group is about to acquire Orange Renewable from Singapore’s AT Capital Group for an estimated value of $850 million after ending weeks of sporadic negotiations. Orange Renewable is owned by Singapore-based AT Capital, a fund that has India-born billionaire Arvind Tiku as its primary sponsor.

Additionally, the company is also in the final stage of consultation to buy a 385 MW wind energy platform Skeiron Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd., Skeiron Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd is a private company held by the Suzlon founder Tulsi Tanti and his family for $528 million. The company was incorporated on 27th September 2013. It is classified as a Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 11,000,000,500 and its paid-up capital is Rs. 1,700,000,000.It deals in Production, collection, and distribution of electricity.
