The biggest novelty with the Fixturlaser GO Pro tool is the unique, adaptive user interface. Depending on what the measurement result shows, the tool will guide the user throughout the alignment process. If the shaft alignment is out of tolerance, the tool suggests how to correct it vertically, i.e. the screen shows the shims size required to add or to remove in order to achieve a precision shaft alignment. The user then proceeds to the horizontal adjustment, where live values are displayed during the entire adjustment phase. Thanks to the function “VertiZontal Moves”, no remeasurements are required. Hence, the risk for incorrect values is reduced, as the measurement units remain in the same position throughout the adjustment phase.

The VertiZontal Moves function calculates how much you need to remove or add shims in order to adjust the machine vertically. No remeasurements are necessary, as you are never in doubt of the machine’s true position.
