Companion App for FIFA 16 on Android

I wonder if it's just me or any of you guys have similar problems. It is extremely unresponsive, I can't navigate in the app, my touches usually don't register, or I'll have to wait a few minutes and try again a lot of times just to be able to see settings.

I see that there are some compatibility issues among users. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini and I was able to download it just fine but it doesn't work properly. It's just unusable.

Edit: Thanks for everything. Apparently, the problem is with my phone. A temporary solution; pressing the home button and then returning to the app using multitasking make the app responsive for a while. And in addition to that, if I quickly and repeatedly tap on any command instead of just touching it, it usually works after a while.

I have a Samsung S5, and I downloaded it without problems. However when I login with my EA account the only thing I can do is look at three slides that advertise the game. Then there is a option to press on a icon that reads: Learn more, and when I press that it takes me to EAs website. If i press back it just logs me out.

It does the same thing for me for one of my accounts, actually it's my main account. And I can't login to the web app either with that account, it says it can't verify my Fifa 16 account and login fails. I can login to the web app and the companion app with my other accounts, but the app is unresponsive and almost unusable.

If you've been playing FIFA 15 at least for a few months (probably should be at least august 1st or before) and assuming you already have a FUT club, you should be able to use it for a while even if you don't buy the new game. But you may need to login to the webapp on a PC first.

But there is a problem with the webapp that some users can't access it. It says something about account verification and login fails. So there's a chance that this bug can happen to you, too.
