Halo Genomics proprietary Selector technology™ enables enrichment of regions of interest in the human genome for targeted resequencing applications. Using a simple, four step protocol, thousands of genomic target fragments are amplified simultaneously in a single reaction tube without the need for dedicated instrumentation. Halo Genomics’ products fit well with Life Technologies’ soon to be released AB Library Builder™ System, a bench-top device that automates the library construction process associated with DNA sequencing.  Library Builder improves data reproducibility while saving researchers significant time in the lab.
