Olink Genomics announces move and name change
Olink Genomics announced today that it will immediately begin operating under the name Halo Genomics AB. Halo Genomics will continue offering products and services based on the Selector Technology™ for the next generation sequencing market.
“We are changing our name to avoid any confusion between our company and our founder company Olink Bioscience.” says Olle Ericsson, CEO of Halo Genomics. “Moving forward, we will build value in our own brand.”
The company’s new name and brand are captured in a new logo that include the Halo Genomics name and a stylized halo – a reflection of the company’s Selector probe technology that guides targeted DNA fragments to form circular molecules.
