Incentive 2.6 available now - adds notifications and mentions

Version 2.6 of Incentive - the fastest social collaboration platform out there - is now available. This update brings a few minor bug fixes and a major update in the handling of notifications and mentions in your activity streams.

Activity streams in Incentive are great for instant, real-time collaboration. If you need to reach someone even faster, the new notification system in Incentive 2.6 does the job. Type @ and the first letters in the name of the person you would like to notify, and a list of relevant names pop up.

Whenever someone has mentioned you, a notification in the upper corner will tell you. Click on it to show all notifications since the last time you checked.

If you would like to receive notifications through e-mail, this can be configured by each individual user in the Settings-section. You can choose between getting an e-mail every time someone mentions you, or getting a daily digest. It is also possible to choose other events to be included in your notification emails.
