Mobizoft launches cloud-based service for live streaming to all mobile devices

The market for mobile TV and video is growing rapidly. The Swedish company Mobizoft has in recent months delivered their cloud-based services for mobile TV and video to a number of new customers in Sweden, Norway and Germany.

Mobizoft is now taking the next step by launching a new cloud-based service for live streaming to mobile devices as well as an enhanced version of its existing mobile video service.

Mobizoft Mobile Live is a new service that allows live streaming to all mobile phones and tablets. Live streaming can be made of a press conference, a City Council meeting, a concert, or any other similar event.

Mobizoft Mobile Video has an improved and simplified user interface and which allows customized configurations. Mobile Video can be used in mobile marketing and internal and external corporate communications.

Both services have an easy to use web interface:

  • Video and Live encoding to all formats
  • A single URL provides access to video and live content
  • URLs easily distributed via SMS, in apps and on the mobile web
  • Support for HTML5
  • Real-time statistics about usage and phone models

Mobizoft services support all smartphones and tablets (iPhone, iPad, Android, Symbian, Windows 7 Phone, and Blackberry), as well as all other media-capable phones.

Mobizoft services automatically adapt all video and live streams to the mobile network (4G, 3G or 2G network or WiFi) and also work on regular websites.
