Indie Film Actress Sabrina Culver Lights Up Film World

SEPTEMBER 10, 2015 - Indie film actress Sabrina Culver is celebrating a long list of recognition that has been the result of a string of head-turning films.

Culver holds over 40 credits to her name, including parts in shows such as NYPD Blue, CSI, All My Children, Drunk History, and Castle. She has also starred in short films including Lock Box, ReMoved, New Skin, and Addiction: This Is Not a Love Story.

Culver is the writer and co-director of Addiction: This Is Not a Love Story, and she also is cast as the movie’s female lead character, Whitney. The movie is nominated for four awards and has already won one.

In 2014, Culver was nominated at the St. Tropez International Film Festival for the Best Supporting Actress in a Short Film for her role in Lock Box, and she won the same award for her role in ReMoved. Thus far in 2015, Culver has won the Best Horror/Thriller award for New Skin at the Wildwood Film Festival. In addition, she has been nominated by the St. Tropez International Film Festival for Best Lead Actress for her role in Addiction: This Is Not a Love Story, Best Original Screenplay of a Short Film for Addiction: This Is Not a Love Story, and Best Short Film for New Skin.

Culver has also been nominated by the CineRockom International Film Festival for awards this year, including Best Lead Actress and Best Short for New Skin. She has also received a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at Milan 2015 for her role in Remember My Story. The same title has also been named an official selection by LA Shorts Fest.
