First, Tea-Ceré grinds the tea leaves into a very fine, nutrient-dense powder with specially-designed ceramic mortars that replicate the mortar and pestle grinding process used in traditional matcha tea preparation. Next, the desired amount of matcha powder is added. Then, Tea-Ceré boils water and whisks it with the powder to brew up to four cups of delicious matcha tea.
