New Autumn Watch Collection Adds the Chrono Timer to the Intelligent Quartz Collection

MIDDLEBURY, CT, September 15, 2015 – Timex today announced the debut of the autumn/winter product line, including Intelligent Quartz^® Chronograph Timer.

Timex today introduced the Chrono Timer, a new addition to the Intelligent Quartz Collection, which is a series of watches that feature Timex’ proprietary quartz movements.

Sophisticated inside and out, the Chrono Timer features a quartz movement with two independent bi-directional motors that drive the chronograph and count-down timer functionalities. The Chrono Timer is also equipped with a Perfect Date^™ perpetual calendar that is programmed into the watch to the year 2060, so you never have to worry about setting the date.

Not to be outdone by the complex movement, the oversized 46mm stainless steel case features a layered dial with colored accents and is available on either a steel bracelets or genuine leather strap. The Chrono Timer is water resistant up to 100 meters.

The autumn/winter Chrono Timer Collection launches in August 2015, and will be available on Timex.com and through selected US and International retail partners.
