Golf Belles achieves winning results for new client The Bandee

Golf Belles were recently afforded the opportunity to create a new website for popular accessories company The Bandee, accompanied by a social business solutions package, which generated outstanding results within a week of the launch. Next steps include a redeveloped social media plan and marketing strategies for the upcoming PGA Show in Orlando. 

The Bandee is a well-established hair accessory company that specializes in headbands and pouches for all purposes; inclusive of a design specifically for golfers. The hair band is available in an array of colors and features the ability to attach a ball marker for when on course. "The new website was a big challenge for me. I sat on the GoDaddy upgrade for 4 months not knowing how or where to begin” said Dede Dareing Parise, Founder of The Bandee, “When Golf Belles took over it was completed in 4 days! There were no issues integrating the previously established GoDaddy Shopping cart (which was my biggest fear).” 

The newly designed web site compliments The Bandee’s already established company logo, incorporating and refreshing the previous online store and integrating social sharing functions for audience engagement. Since its launch on November 9th 2011 the site has generated a 200% increase in backlinks and unique visitors. The Bandee’s pre-existing Facebook page, with a following of over 39,000 fans, produced an 81% increase in new fans the week after the launch of the new site. “I love the new color scheme and I'm happy with the route we are taking towards branding The Bandee more fully”; says Parise, “I am already seeing more traffic on the site and that is exciting.”

Golf Belles’ strategic social business solution, customized for The Bandee, include a new marketing video with a fairytale theme, starring Professional Golfer Kendra Vallone as the Princess in ‘The Bandee Princess Magic’ and is featured on the web site’s home page. Christmas ‘Wishlist’ specials are also on offer whereby everyone can order gifts for loved ones.
