National Hispana Leadership Institute and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University Celebrate 25 Years of Collaboration

NHLI’s flagship training, the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) allows Latinas the opportunity to participate in a week-long training seminar at Harvard Kennedy School. In the last 25 years, over 500 Latinas have advanced their careers, improved their futures and flourished from NHLI’s symbiotic relationship with Harvard Kennedy School.

NHLI’s Acting President Barbara J. DesMarteau is enthusiastic to continue this important and beneficial alliance. “NHLI’s 25-year partnership with Harvard University should be acknowledged and celebrated. It has been a key component in our ELP program, and it is this fundamental week at Harvard University that has inspired so many fellows throughout the years.”
