UK-born chef uses baking skills to see the world

Sim Cass found his passion for food as an apprentice in the 1970's. His skills have qualified him to work everywhere from luxury restaurants in London, to boats in the Pacific and high-end bakeries in the US. Now he's the Dean of the Professional Bread Baking Program at New York's Institute of Culinary Education.
