Tricorona sells brokerage operation

Tricorona has today concluded an agreement to sell their brokerage operations of electricity and electricity certificates, Svensk Kraftmäkling AB.

The buyers of the operations are the management and staff of SKM, Svensk Kraftmäkling.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
