Huge global success for VisiConsult’s SMD counting system

VisiConsult X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH is an international manufacturer of innovative X-ray systems for non-destructive testing, security and inspection. The family owned company from Northern Germany also offers a system for the electronic industry: The component counting system XRHCount. The X-ray system for SMD reels provides exact outcomes in less than 10 seconds per SMD reel. This results in significant savings for the material management of EMS companies. The compact X-ray system convinces its users through its efficient operation, its easy handling and exact counting results. The diverse functions, e.g. label printing, a smart camera, automatic splicing detection, online cloud service and an XML file configurator, that help to perform an easier ERP connection, make the XRHCount a unique high-quality system, that enables the operator to conduct a seamless counting process.

With a global coverage of all industrialized nations VisiConsult offers premium service on a global scale. With nearly hundred systems installed worldwide since its product launch two years ago, the XRHCount is the market leader in the field of X-ray based SMD component counting. Big corporations like Flextronics, Jabil, Celestica, Lacroix and many more already adopted the technology. The users were highly satisfied with the easy and fast operation of the system. In comparison to other options the XRHCount convinces with a high accuracy of the counting results, exceeding 99%, a shorter processing time and its robust design. Additionally, the system won several internal improvement awards in some of the biggest players of the EMS industry, further proving its capabilities.

Companies, that are interested in exploring the potential of this technology will have the chance at several international exhibitions. In the US VisiConsult will show a demo system at the SMTA International 2017, which takes place from 19^th – 20^th September in Rosemont, IL. Europeans have the chance to get a demo at the productronica in Munich, which takes place from 14^th – 17^th November on booth no. A3 211.

The automatic SMD component counting system XRHCount from VisiConsult X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH has prevailed against the competition, because of its simple usage and fast counting function. The system is now used at DELTEC Automotive GmbH & Co. KG in Bavaria in Germany.
