Press release -

Konrad Bergström to leave Zound Industries

The management of Zound Industries has today decided to summarily dismiss Konrad Bergström from his employment with the company. The decision is effective immediately.

The reasons for the summarily dismissal of Konrad Bergström is due to gross material breach of the obligations in his employment, by way of unpermitted disclosure of confidential information to outside parties.

“This is an unfortunate situation but based on what has come to our knowledge we are forced to take appropriate action. Konrad’s actions strongly contradict the Zound values and code of conduct”, said Pernilla Ekman, CEO at Zound Industries.

Tommy Jacobson, Chairman of the Board at Zound Industries commented on the decision:

“Management has full support from the board of directors and key owners in the decision to dismiss Konrad Bergström.”
