This Integrity Policy describes how Mynewsdesk AB (we, us or our), corp. reg. no. 556634-1276, at the address Rosenlundsgatan 40, 118 53 Stockholm, handles personal data.
In using our services, our customers and users (you, your) can provide personal data to us as private individuals or as representatives of a company. We act as the controller of your personal data and its processing in accordance with this Integrity Policy.
Information about processing of personal data
We safeguard your personal integrity. It is therefore important for us to protect your personal data and ensure that our processing of personal data is correct and lawful. This Integrity Policy will help you to understand what kind of personal data about you we collect and how it is used when you are using our services. We ask that you read the Integrity Policy carefully and familiarise yourself with its content, since it applies to all use of our services, regardless of who you are and our relationship with you.
What data do we process?
We collect personal data, such as name, surname, company name, professional title, e-mail address, telephone number and payment details, when you use our services, including when you register a user account, enter into an agreement, order services, send payment information or in any other way send us your personal data.
When you use our website without logging into an account, registering or otherwise transferring information to us, we collect the data your browser transmits to enable your visit of our website, such as IP-address, date and time of your visit, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), subpages you visit, status of access/HTTP-code of status, transmitted data in each case, website from which you start your visit, browser, operating system and surface, language and version of the browser.
With the aid of our third-party suppliers, we may supplement the information about your contacts with information that is generally available on the internet, such as name, surname, picture and professional title.
Double Opt-In Procedure
We use a so called “double opt-in procedure” when you register a user account with us or sign up to receive our newsletter or other e-mail marketing. This means that your registration or subscription is only concluded if you confirm it by clicking on the hyperlink which you receive by e-mail from us. Otherwise, your registration or subscription will be deleted.
Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the purpose of providing, improving and developing our services, administering your account and fulfilling our obligations towards you.
We also use your personal data to communicate with you about our services, to inform you about our rules and conditions, and for marketing messages sent by us and our partners. However, marketing messages will not be sent by electronic means if you have not opted-in through the double opt-in procedure to receive marketing messages (to the extent such procedure is required by applicable law). When you provide us with your e-mail address, you may also gain access to our newsletter with information about communication and PR provided that you have opted-in through the double opt-in procedure to receive such newsletter (to the extent such procedure is required by applicable law). If you have opted-out of receiving marketing messages, we will of course respect this and you will not receive such messages. You can also choose to unsubscribe from receiving further marketing messages at any time by using the un-subscription link provided in every marketing message or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
How do we share your data?
The personal data that we collect may be shared with other companies in the Mynewsdesk group as well as with our third-party suppliers and partners, for the provision of our services. This may involve coordination of your personal data with other registers. If another company in the Mynewsdesk group, our third-party suppliers or partners are located in or have business activities in a country outside the EU/EEA, you consent to your personal data being transferred to such countries. In such cases we ensure that the transfer is only made if the recipient can guarantee an adequate level of protection for the processing of your personal data; please also see the section on Security Measures below.

If you use services that are provided by our partners and which are integrated with our services, our partners may gain access to information about you. The information that is collected by our partners is covered by their own conditions for processing of personal data.
We sometimes use suppliers to facilitate the provision of our services, for example with regard to IT infrastructure, operating and hosting services, financial and payment services, customer and IT services. Such suppliers are bound by personal data processing agreements that are consistent with this Integrity Policy and may only act in accordance with our instructions.
Persons in your network and the general public
If you choose to publish your personal data, such as contact information, when using our services, such as in connection with uploading content to your newsroom or making an entry in the comments fields of others, you make this information visible to the general public, including any contacts in your network and our customers and users. If you use our services to send news bulletins, your e-mail address will become visible to the recipients of the bulletins.
For security reasons
We may share your personal data when this is required by law, as well as to protect our customers, the security of our services and our rights.
We have taken a number of security measures to ensure that the personal data we keep is secure. We enter into agreements with our suppliers and partners regarding their processing of your personal data, so as to ensure that your data is handled according to our instructions. If your personal data is transferred to a company in a country outside the EU/EEA, we enter into an agreement with the recipient company to regulate the transfer and processing of personal data containing, for example, the EU model clauses that have been approved by the European Commission. Furthermore, access to areas where personal data is stored is limited and our employees must use a personal identifier to gain access to these; a password and user name is required to log in to the company network; we have firewalls and anti-virus programmes and we generally take the technical and organisational security measures needed to protect and prevent unauthorised access to your personal data.
How long do we keep your personal data?
You may choose to end your relationship with us at any time by, for example, closing your account or terminating our contractual relation. We will then keep your personal data for the time that is necessary to fulfil the purposes of this Integrity Policy and conclude our relationship, but no longer than is permitted by applicable law.
You are entitled to receive information about the personal data about you that is being processed, regardless of how it was collected. This can include information on the origin of the personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed and the purpose of storage. If you would like to receive such information, you must send us a written request with your name and address. The request must be signed by you and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your personal data should prove to be incorrect or misleading, you have the right to require the personal data to be corrected, blocked or deleted. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data at any time.
We may sometimes need to make updates or changes to this Integrity Policy. If we do so, we will inform you in an appropriate manner and we ask you to then carefully read through the updated Integrity Policy. If you approve the changes, you may simply continue to use our services. If you instead do not approve the new version of the Integrity Policy, we ask you to cease using our services and close your account. The date of the most recent update of this Integrity Policy is given at the top of the policy.
