Burj Khalifa celebrates fifth anniversary in style

THE NATIONAL: Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, marked its fifth anniversary on 4 January. It opened At the Top on level 124 for visitors to join a day of festivities, including free access to level 125, a part of the newly unveiled At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY experience. As part of the anniversary celebrations, the Guinness World Record-winning LED illumination on the building’s facade will continue until 9 January. The LED display envelops the Burj Khalifa in the UAE National flag colours, as shown during the Downtown Dubai New Year’s Eve Gala.
