And it’s a wrap! Urban Future 2022 in Helsingborg, Sweden

“I have never been in a room with so many passionate leaders who change cities around the world. I would like to thank every one of you who came to this year's UF22 in Helsingborg, to celebrate change and use your expertise and passion to improve our cities. It is only together that we manage to create change at the speed we need,” says Gerald Babel-Sutter, co-founder of Urban Future.

At the beginning of June 2022, Urban Future 22 gathered 1500+ CityChangers from all fields and hierarchies from across the globe. During three intense days, thousands of new personal connections had been made between the 1,500 CityChangers from 350+ cities. 

211 speakers were present to share their expertise during the 65 sessions during the first two days. On the last day, attendees were invited to choose among 26 field trips in and around Helsingborg to explore urban innovation.

What a rush! With all the chatter and excitement that filled the room from the start, it quickly became clear that people were eager to finally meet in person again. There is just a special something about real-life game-changing conversations, interactions, and shared moments that amplifies the exchange of knowledge and sparks new ideas and collaboration.

Urban Future has one goal – to improve urban sustainability and make our cities better places to live. We thank you for joining us to make it possible.
