2020 was an exceptional year for all of Axel Johnson’s operations. Sara Öhrvall will start after the summer as the new COO and member of group management at Axel Johnson. She is expected to take over after the summer. She comes most recently from SEB, where she is currently Chief Transformation Officer.

Camilla Wideroth is appointed new CFO of Axel Johnson. Camilla has worked for the Group for eight years, first within Axel Johnson International and the last three and a half years at Axel Johnson AB as Head of Group Financial Control. An agreement has been reached between Axel Johnson AB and LKQ Corporation (Nasdaq: LKQ) to sell shares in Mekonomen Group. LKQ Corporation acquires 26,5 percent of the shares in Mekonomen Group from Axel Johnson AB.
