On October 31, Danish households and companies for the first time delivered ancillary services to the national power grid through the Swedish energy services company CheckWatt, contributing to a more stable, efficient, and renewable energy system.
Finnish households are now supporting the national electricity grid with the help of Swedish energy services company CheckWatt. This is done by pooling over 200 batteries to sell services to the grid, contributing to a more stable, efficient and renewable energy system.
Shareholders of energy services company CheckWatt have signed an agreement to sell all outstanding shares to energy solutions provider Emaldo Group. CheckWatt will continue operating with its present business model as an independent aggregator and the agreement will strengthen this development, accelerating innovation and expansion across Europe.
Swedish energy services company CheckWatt’s revenue rose to 277 million Swedish kronor in 2024, an increase of 146 percent from the previous year. This is shown in the company’s annual report.
