Dabico Corporation, a Fernweh Group portfolio company, announced today they have signed an agreement to acquire A-Bridge, LLC (“A-Bridge”). The proposed acquisition provides Dabico with the unique ability to serve as an end-to-end general contractor for the airport market with the ability to execute on turnkey projects related to ground support solutions.

Fernweh Group with AZZ Inc., have completed the joint venture partnership involving AZZ Infrastructure Solutions, with AZZ selling a 60% interest in AIS JV to Fernweh at an enterprise value of $300 million. AIS will rebrand as Avail Infrastructure Solutions.

Cavotec Airports will be re-branded to Dabico Airport Solutions, following its upcoming divestment from the Cavotec group. With a renewed focus on growth, innovation, and service, Dabico Airport Solutions is set to expand its existing offering that enables its customers to maximise safety, availability, efficiency, and sustainability.
