Cologne, October 14th, 2026 -TIMETOACT GROUP is setting the course for the new cohort of leadership to drive the next phase of growth. Effective November 1, 2026, and after 28 years of operational management, Felix Binsack will assume the role of Founder & Vice Chairman of the Board, focusing on the Group’s long-term strategy, while appointing Frank Fuchs to the role of Group CEO. Frank Fuchs has served as a Managing Director of the Group for more than five years and is currently the Group’s COO and CFO.

Steve van Zundert joins TIMETOACT GROUP as Group CFO, succeeding Frank Fuchs. Steve brings extensive experience as CFO of international, private equity-backed IT companies, with deep expertise in financial management and supporting the growth and development of expanding corporate groups.

Sascha Wadenpohl will assume the role of Group COO of TIMETOACT GROUP. Having been with the Group for 20 years, he brings extensive first-hand knowledge of its development, organizational structures and culture. Most recently, Sascha served as Chief Delivery Officer, where he led the Group-wide consolidation and modernization of core business IT systems and played a key role in advancing the Group’s broader AI strategy.

In his new role, and as a significant shareholder, Felix Binsack will remain closely involved with TIMETOACT, helping drive the long-term strategy and maintaining governance continuity while empowering the new cohort of leadership.

Felix Binsack founded TIMETOACT in 1998 as a sole proprietorship and, over 28 years of continuous growth, developed the business into an international IT services group. In 2025, TIMETOACT GROUP generated revenues of more than €460 million. Beyond driving the Group’s growth, Felix has played a defining role in shaping its corporate culture, embodied by its three guiding principles: “We Care. We Drive. We Deliver.”

“TIMETOACT remains an entrepreneurial passion for me even after 28 years of operational responsibility. My new role allows me to focus even more closely on the Group’s long-term strategy at a time of significant opportunity driven by the ever-growing wave of enterprise AI transformation,” says Felix Binsack. “We have built a strong foundation through a corporate culture that I believe has been a fundamental part of our success. Frank will now lead TIMETOACT’s development into an even more integrated organization to further drive organic and inorganic growth as we continue to invest into the Group’s AI capabilities.”

At the heart of the next phase of development, and to fully deliver the vast opportunities that AI brings to clients and the Group, is an Integrated TIMETOACT. Our companies and brands will come more closely together, bringing the full power of TIMETOACT’s platform to deliver on clients’ AI agenda, advise clients across technology vendors and end-to-end solutions, and take responsibility for large, complex digital and AI transformation projects.

“Felix founded TIMETOACT and built it over almost three decades across numerous technology innovation cycles, creating both a successful company and a distinctive culture. He deserves tremendous recognition, respect and gratitude for what he has achieved,” says Frank Fuchs. “I am grateful for the trust placed in me at this exciting time of AI innovation, and I look forward to shaping TIMETOACT’s next phase together with our leadership team and employees. We will bring our strengths together even more effectively and serve our clients as a comprehensive partner for their digital and AI transformation.”

“With Frank as CEO, Steve as CFO, Sascha as COO, and Felix’s continued focus and presence at the Board, TIMETOACT has a strong leadership team in place for its next phase of growth,” says Nishant Nayyar, Managing Director at H.I.G.
