Juan Solá ist neuer Geschäftsführer von Viajes allsun S.A., der spanischen Incoming-Agentur der Unternehmensgruppe alltours. Er folgt auf José Melian, der das Unternehmen zum 31. März 2026 verlässt. Um einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten, hat Solá seine neuen Aufgaben bereits übernommen.

Viajes allsun betreut für alltours als Destination Management Company (DMC) die Balearen und Kanarischen Inseln mit Niederlassungen auf Mallorca, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Teneriffa, Fuerteventura und Lanzarote. In seiner neuen Funktion verantwortet Solá die operative Steuerung aller Standorte, die Betreuung der alltours Gäste vor Ort sowie den Hoteleinkauf auf Mallorca.

Solá verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Touristik. Seit Februar 2018 war er als Director Hotel Purchasing bei Viajes allsun tätig und leitete den Abschluss von Hotelverträgen sowie die Konditionsverhandlungen für die alltours Reiseveranstalter. Zuvor arbeitete er von 1992 bis 2017 als Commercial Director bei der DMC Viajes Sidetours für Spanien und Portugal. Weitere Stationen waren leitende Funktionen bei Protur Hotels auf Mallorca sowie operative Positionen im Hotelbereich, unter anderem bei RIU Hotels und im Hotel Royal Cristina auf Mallorca.

Der gebürtige Mallorquiner hat einen Bachelor in Tourismus der Universität der Balearen sowie einen Postgrad in Tourismus- und Hotelmanagement. Darüber hinaus absolvierte er einen Master in Unternehmensführung an der IESE Business School.

Juan Solá has been appointed Managing Director of Viajes allsun S.A., the Spanish incoming agency of the alltours Group. He succeeds José Melian, who will leave the company on 31 March 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Solá has already assumed his new responsibilities.

As the destination management company (DMC) for alltours, Viajes allsun oversees operations in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, with offices in Mallorca, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. In his new role, Solá is responsible for the operational management of all locations, on-site support for alltours guests and hotel contracting in Mallorca.

Solá brings more than 30 years’ experience in the tourism industry. Since February 2018, he has served as Director of Hotel Purchasing at Viajes allsun, where he was responsible for concluding hotel contracts and negotiating commercial terms for the alltours tour operators. Prior to this, from 1992 to 2017, he worked as Commercial Director at Viajes Sidetours, a DMC operating in Spain and Portugal. His earlier career also included senior management roles at Protur Hotels in Mallorca as well as operational positions in the hotel sector, including at RIU Hotels and the Hotel Royal Cristina in Mallorca.

The Mallorca native holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the University of the Balearic Islands and a postgraduate qualification in Tourism and Hotel Management. He also completed a Master’s degree in General Management from IESE Business School.
