ASUS is celebrating the 20th anniversary of ROG with the Business Summit, the ROG Show, and 200 fans
Ratingen, Germany, August 12, 2026 — August 25 and 26, 2026, will be dedicated entirely to the anniversary of the ASUS gaming brand “Republic of Gamers” (ROG). On both days, Cologne’s E-Werk will become the center of the celebrations and a gathering place for the IT industry. With the ASUS Business Summit 2026, the company invites partners and media representatives to the largest exclusive networking event of its kind in Europe. This year’s summit, featuring approximately 1,200 invited guests from distribution, the channel, and specialized retailers, is dedicated to a historic milestone: the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Gamers (ROG).
Despite the festive gaming focus, the private setting spanning over 2,000 square meters provides a focused environment for B2B dialogue: Through a comprehensive product exhibition and dedicated meetings, ASUS will simultaneously showcase its cutting-edge hardware and tailored solutions for on-premises AI and modern office workplaces to the industry audience.
A highlight of this exclusive event is the VIP dinner. Here, ASUS executives—including Kris Huang, General Manager of Workspace and Gaming Gear; David Wung, General Manager of Western Europe; and Thomas Pannenbecker, Regional Director of Central Europe—will look back on two decades of ROG’s success story together with long-time partners.
A press conference for invited guests accompanies this anniversary and serves as a global launch platform for the latest generation of ROG products.
On Wednesday, the event reaches a new level of excitement: In the afternoon, 200 fans will join the event, having secured their spots exclusively through the “ROG Challenge” contest. Wednesday evening culminates in the grand “20 Years of ROG Show,” hosted by well-known content creators Trilluxe, Cyrad, Bens Hardware, and Amar, before the summit celebrates its grand finale at the legendary ROG party featuring nationally renowned DJs.
In addition to this partner and community event in Cologne, ASUS will be represented at Gamescom in Hall 8 with its own ROG consumer booth.
