Ratingen, Germany, April 22, 2026 – With the new ROG Courser, ASUS Republic of Gamers is launching a premium gaming chair designed specifically for long and intense gaming and streaming sessions. The ROG Courser combines an advanced Dynamic Synchronised Recline system with individually adjustable lumbar support, flexible 4D armrests and a generous seat to provide a comfortable and ergonomic sitting position at all times. This is complemented by discreetly integrated RGB lighting that allows the chair to blend perfectly into modern gaming setups.
Flexible settings for unrivalled comfort
At the heart of the ROG Courser is the Dynamic Synchronised Recline system with a flexible adjustment range of 90° to 155°, which ensures that the backrest and seat move harmoniously together. This ensures optimal spine and head positioning when leaning back, preventing the uncomfortable feeling of a "straight back" that often occurs with conventional gaming chairs.
The integrated, adjustable lumbar support with a backrest cushion made of cold-pressed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) adapts precisely to the contours of the back and reduces pressure points. This provides additional relief for the spine, which is particularly beneficial during long sessions requiring high concentration.
Additional adjustability is provided by the 360° rotating 4D armrests, which offer height, width and depth adjustment for perfect arm positioning. The ability to adjust the armrests to a particularly high position also supports an ergonomic posture when using mobile devices, which also benefit from the tilt mechanism, making the ROG Courser ideal for adapting to different gaming styles and working positions. The 55-centimetre-wide seat offers even taller users enough space to sit comfortably and stably. The design is rounded off by a removable, magnetic headrest for additional neck comfort and concealed integrated RGB lighting with 6 modes and 8 colours, giving the chair a modern yet understated gaming look – or as the ROG Courser Core without RGB lighting for a clean, functional design.
