Innovative special tools from Wiha

For safe and efficient working in the high-voltage range

At the start of the year, we launched our sales partnership with Wiha Werkzeuge. In this context, we provide VDE-tested HV hand tools for e-mobility applications. Workshops thus benefit from tailor-made solutions to meet the growing demands of high-voltage systems. We have made new additions to the BUSCHiNG brand product range with one practical bag set, two practical case sets and one HV tool set with foam inserts for workshop carts. Below is an overview of the new sets:

The slim Vario bag set - for basic tasks
The bag contains 36 essential tools for basic tasks such as isolating circuits or opening covers. All the tools included are VDE-certified and comply with DIN EN IEC 60900.

The mechatronic L case – the practical expansion
This case specifically expands the tool assortment with additional wrench sockets, hand screwdrivers and pliers. The plastic case contains a total of 62 tools that are VDE-certified and comply with DIN EN IEC 60900.

The mechatronic XL case – for a broad spectrum of applications
This case expands the range with further tools for a broad spectrum of applications. They include additional Torx wrench sockets and a 3/8” torque wrench ranging from 5 to 25 Nm for work in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications. The plastic case contains a total of 81 tools that are VDE-certified and comply with DIN EN IEC 60900.

HV tool set with foam inserts
Also available is a particularly comprehensive set of four foam inserts that has been specially designed for workshop carts. Each insert covers an individual tool group and complements the previous insert. The inserts are also available separately, making it possible to equip workshop carts individually and specifically for high-voltage tasks. Compared with the XL case, this system contains an even larger assortment of tools, making it ideal for workshops that aim to offer the broadest possible spectrum of high-voltage tasks.
