Press release -

The perfect portfolio expansion for cleaning, facility and property management companies

Antiviral Films
Cleanliness and hygiene have always been the core business of cleaning companies and specialists as well as facility and property managers. From cleaning corporate offices to cleaners for small businesses and private homes the importance, image and demand for cleaning services seems to have simply soared during the pandemic.
Whilst value for money, efficiency and reliability have long been the decisive factors for a service provider to win contracts, cleaning companies can now also differentiate themselves from their competitors by offering an additional service. By adding the application of antiviral films to their service portfolio they can ensure a more hygienic environment for their customers even between scheduled cleaning visits. This can give the client a more secure feeling for himself and his staff, and also support him in his contact with his own clients.

Advantages of antiviral films for cleaning service providers

  • Extra service – decreases virus concentration 24 hours/7 days a week, for up to one month without needing to be replaced
  • Fewer bacteria and viruses on the surface, including SARS-CoV-2 (reduction of more than 98%)
  • Improved on-site hygiene conditions for cleaning staff
  • Practical dispenser box for easy handling
  • Simple application, easily removable

How does it work?
The film is equipped with a silver ion technology. As soon as the film comes into contact with pathogens this technology comes into effect, reducing the number of a multitude of viruses and bacteria present on any surface. This effectiveness has been confirmed by external laboratories. Even after just 15 minutes the number of SARS-CoV-2 viruses on a surface are significantly reduced. After 30 minutes, by no less than 90% (in accordance with ISO Standard 21702:2019). Also, the antibacterial effect, especially against the common bacterial strains E. coli and the “hospital germs”, has been tested by external laboratories in accordance with ISO standard 22196: 2011.
