Private Hochschuleinrichtung zieht in die Annenhöfe in der Dresdner Innenstadt
TLG, eine Tochtergesellschaft von Aroundtown, schließt einen weiteren langfristigen Mietvertrag für die Annenhöfe am Postplatz in Dresden. In bester Lage werden künftig mehrere hundert Studierende der renommierten Bildungseinrichtung lernen.
Die Annenhöfe sind ein Entwicklungsprojekt der TLG und schließen eine Baulücke in bester Lage im Herzen der Dresdner Innenstadt. Das Projekt Annenhöfe bedient dabei den Bedarf an modernen innerstädtischen Büro- und Geschäftsflächen, die auch in Dresden stark nachgefragt werden.
Neben einer zeitlosen Architektur, einem attraktiven Innenhof, ausreichend Stellplätzen und moderner Technik bieten die Annenhöfe Raum für variable Konzepte wie Open Space-Lösungen, Desk-Sharing, Großraumbüros und Kombi-Einheiten.

Private higher education institution moves into the Annenhöfe in Dresden's city center
TLG, a subsidiary of AROUNDTOWN, successfully concludes long-term lease for the Annenhöfe, an office property in downtown Dresden
TLG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown, has signed another long-term lease for the Annenhöfe at Postplatz in Dresden. In the future, several hundred students of the renowned educational institution will study in a prime location.
The Annenhöfe are a development project of TLG and close a gap in a prime location in the heart of Dresden's city center. The Annenhöfe project serves the need for modern inner-city office and retail space, which is also in high demand in Dresden.
In addition to timeless architecture, an attractive inner courtyard, ample parking and modern technology, the Annenhöfe offer space for variable concepts such as open space solutions, desk sharing, open-plan offices and combined units.
The Annenhöfe are in a prime location directly on Postplatz and in the immediate vicinity of the Dresden Zwinger. The surroundings of the Annenhöfe are characterized by a mix of modern, historical and urban atmosphere. The location is excellently connected and the train stations Dresden Mitte and Hauptbahnhof are also very easy to reach. The airport and the A4 and A17 freeways can be reached quickly by car.

NEO: Another successful project in Dresden
With the NEO project, TLG has built another office and commercial building in Dresden-Neustadt that is almost fully leased. NEO stands for "Neustadt, Efficiency & Offices" in an excellent location: the project is certified according to the LEED Gold standard for ecological construction and offers around 15,000 m² of rental space at Großenhainer Straße 5-7, within walking distance of Neustadt train station with very good connections to the streetcar and the A4 freeway.
