• Leadership needs mirrors.
Top executives often lack honest sparring partners. In sports, mistakes are reviewed openly and repeatedly in order to improve. In management, this culture is still rare.
• Strong leadership is rarely individual.
Whether in football, transformation or executive decision-making: sustainable success is usually built through trusted teams, feedback and complementary perspectives — not heroic solo performance.
• Future careers will look fundamentally different.

As Tanja put it: if we truly prepare for a 100-year life, we must rethink how we combine work, purpose, family and personal development across different phases of life.
