The Medical Museion joins forces with Kunsthal Charlottenborg to present this autumn’s major exhibition The World is in You. Blending science, contemporary art, science and historical objects, the exhibition explores how our bodies are connected to the world in and around us.
BIENNALE is an all-new art exhibition shown in streets, train stations and bus stops all over Denmark, arranged by Kunsthal Charlottenborg in collaboration with AFA JCDecaux. BIENNALE will be held every other year, and its first instalment is launched this year, beginning on 15 November 2021.
BIENNALE er en ny kunstudstilling der vises på gader, togstationer og busstoppesteder over hele Danmark arrangeret af Kunsthal Charlottenborg i samarbejde med AFA JCDecaux. Udstillingen afholdes hvert andet år og kan opleves for første gang i år fra den 15. november 2021.
Medicinsk Museion flytter ind på Kunsthal Charlottenborg og præsenterer efterårets store udstilling 'Verden er i dig'. Gennem videnskab, samtidskunst og historiske objekter undersøger udstillingen, hvordan vores kroppe er forbundet med verden i og omkring os.
I anledning af Christianias 50 års fødselsdag i 2021 udstiller Kunsthal Charlottenborg et stort udvalg af fristadens mange plakater som et visuelt vidnesbyrd over fristadens historie, ideologier og kreative udtryksformer.
Kunsthal Charlottenborg is proud to announce the first solo exhibition in Scandinavia with the French-Algerian artist Mohamed Bourouissa. The charged legacies of colonialism, and contemporary realities of racial and socioeconomic inequality, are present throughout Bourouissa’s work.
Kunsthal Charlottenborg er stolte af at annoncere den første soloudstilling i Skandinavien med den fransk-algierske billedkunstner Mohamed Bourouissa. Kolonialismens arv og den afledte racemæssige og socioøkonomiske ulighed er et gennemgående tema i Bourouissas værker. Udstillingen 'HARa!!!!!!hAaaRAAAAA!!!!!hHAaA!!!' er kurateret af Henriette Bretton-Meyer og åbner den 8. oktober.
Som optakt til Copenhagen 2021 præsenterer Kunsthal Charlottenborg nu filmprogrammet A Wretch Like Me kurateret af Aviva Silverman, der kan opleves 6. juli - 8. august 2021 i kunsthallens biograf.

It will be a completely new experience to visit Kunsthal Charlottenborg over the summer. For the first time, all walls have been knocked down in the large south wing to make room for three giant and sliced wind turbine wings, when the art gallery opens its doors for the exhibition STRIPPED by Lea Porsager - one of Denmark’s most dynamic young artists on the international scene.
On September 29, The World is in You opens at Kunsthal Charlottenborg – this year’s major autumn exhibition in collaboration with Medical Museion. Through science, art, and history, it will explore how our bodies are connected to the universe, and will showcase new bio-art, historic artefacts, meteorites and a 7-meter diameter rotating globe.
Den 29. september åbner 'Verden er i dig' på Kunsthal Charlottenborg – efterårets store udstilling skabt i samarbejde med Medicinsk Museion. Gennem videnskab, kunst og historie undersøger udstillingen, hvordan vores kroppe er forbundet med verden i og omkring os, og præsenterer alt fra ny biokunst og malerier til meteoritter og en 7 meter stor roterende jordklode.

Det bliver en helt ny oplevelse at gå på Kunsthal Charlottenborg over sommeren. Alle vægge er for første gang væltet i den store sydfløj for at gøre plads til tre gigantiske og skiveskårne vindmøllevinger, når kunsthallen slår dørene op for udstillingen STRIPPED af Lea Porsager – én af Danmarks mest fremadstormende kunstnere internationalt.
