Massive Attack, Troye Sivan, Kaytranada, Coi Leray and more acts ready for NorthSide 2024

The Danish festival has revealed the first 12 acts to form the lineup for next year’s event.

The season for festival announcements has started and following a string of artist releases from several European festivals, Denmark’s NorthSide now presents its first 12 names from next year’s poster.

Topping the bill is Massive Attack who were originally scheduled to play the festival in 2020 before it got cancelled due to the pandemic.

Troye Sivan is also among the first acts announced, bringing his much celebrated third record Something To Give Each Other to his Danish fans.

The list of international acts also includes Kaytranada, Coi Lerayand 070 Shake as well as Kaizers Orchestra, Shame, and Amyl & The Sniffers.

Besides from Massive Attack, Danish hip-hop duo Ukendt Kunstner, recently hailed as ‘Group of the Year’ at Danish Music Awards, is among the headliners announced so far. Other domestic names to check out are electro-rock band VETO, who are returning to the festival after 12 years, and newer acts Barselona and August Høyen.

Commenting on the line-up so far, festival CEO Brian Nielsen says:

- We’re proud to be bringing both big international names and some exciting new artists to Aarhus. There’ll be something for everyone at NorthSide next summer with acts as different as Massive Attack, Troye Sivan, 070 Shake, and Amyl & The Sniffers. What they all have in common though, is that they’ve released some amazing and defining records during their career that we can’t wait to see unfold live at our festival when summer returns.

About the festival
NorthSide takes place in Aarhus, Denmark’s second largest city, and has existed since 2010. The festival runs from June 6^th- 8^th 2024 and is – besides from the music – known for its environmental efforts that recently earned it the ‘A Greener Festival Highly Commended 2023’ certificate by A Greener Future.
