FLSmidth deepens partnership with TCS to deliver operational robustness and growth
- Tata Consultancy Services and FLSmidth deepens longstanding partnership
- Latest deal signals new relationship built upon future-proof resilience and innovation-led drive for sustainability (Mission Zero) and digitalization (EnablR).
COPENHAGEN | MUMBAI, November 29, 2021: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization has strengthened its relationship with leading mining and cement industries company, FLSmidth by taking over its first and second level of service desk, as well as onsite and infrastructure support responsibilities.
The five-year deal aims to simplify the company’s business operations, stimulate growth and advance its digitalization agenda while building in new efficiencies to its non-core services. TCS solution will be using its ICC (Integrated Command Centre) to deliver best practices built upon deep domain expertise as well as driving the adoption of automation.
As part of the deal, FLSmidth, which has a substantial presence in India have transferred the employees working in the areas related to current deal scope.
