TCS Ranked Number One in Customer Satisfaction in the Nordics by Whitelane Research
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been ranked number one for customer satisfaction in the Nordics in Whitelane Research’s 2026 IT Sourcing Study.
The survey, which is the largest of its kind in the region, is based on the evaluations of over 450 business and IT leaders from the top IT-spending organizations in the Nordics. TCS received an overall satisfaction score of 82%, placing it at the top of the list. The company also ranked number one in a number of IT domains, including application services, cloud and infrastructure services, workplace services, and security services.

The Whitelane Research report also highlighted key industry trends, with 31% of companies in the Nordics planning to increase their spending on IT services in the coming two years. The report also noted a significant focus on artificial intelligence, with 83% of companies prioritizing AI for improving employee productivity.
